Terms and Conditions
  • The program period is from 26-28 September 2024.
  • Applicable for customers who make offline (over the counter) transactions abroad using Permata Global Card with first 6 digit of 464005 and 471295 linked to the PermataBebas/PermataBebas iB account as the main account. Details information about the Permata Global Card can be viewed here.
  • The source of funds must be from PermataBebas/PermataBebas iB with foreign currency matching the transaction currency. Ensure that the funds in PermataBebas/PermataBebas iB in the transaction currency are sufficient for the customer to carry out the transaction.
  • The following foreign currencies can be used with the Permata Global Card: USD, AUD, SGD, JPY, EUR, HKD, CHF, NZD, CAD, GBP.
  • The reward is 22% PermataPoin from the transaction amount made by the Customer, maximum at IDR 222K.
  • The minimum transaction amount to receive the reward is equivalent to IDR 500K. The exchange rate of Rupiah is calculated according to the rate on the transaction date.
  • The maximum quota is for 500 (five hundred) transactions that meet the conditions during the program period.
  • Each customer is only entitled to receive a reward once during the program period for the first transaction that meets the program’s terms and conditions
  • PermataPoin will be credited maximum at 15 November 2024.
  • The reward in the form of PermataPoin will be credited to the userID of the customer’s PermataMobile X account.
  • Customers can check their PermataPoints on the PermataPoin page within the PermataMobile X app.
  • PermataPoin terms and conditions:
    • 1 PermataPoin is equivalent to 1 Rupiah.
    • PermataPoin can be used for QR Pay payments on PermataMobile X at any merchant.
    • PermataPoin are only valid for transactions in Rupiah.
    • PermataPoin cannot be converted to cash or transferred to another Customer’s PermataMobile X account.
    • PermataPoin earned by Customers from this program can be used until December
  • Customers must register for PermataMobile X. PermataPoin will only be credited in one attempt. If the Customer has not registered for PermataMobile X at the time of crediting PermataPoin and the process fails, the Customer will be disqualified and will not receive the PermataPoin reward.
  • The program does not apply to payments at online merchants or e-commerce.
  • If Customers make transactions at certain merchants that have other promotional programs from PermataBank, they will still receive rewards from each program (Customers can receive more than one reward for the transactions made).
  • Tax on Prize Giving (if any) will be borne by PermataBank. If there are additional taxes related to the personal obligations of the Customer, it will be the responsibility of the Customer.
  • PermataBank’s decision is final and cannot be contested.
  • PermataBank reserves the right to change the Terms and Conditions of the Program at any time in accordance with PermataBank’s applicable policies by providing notification in accordance with applicable laws and regulations (“Notification Period”). If the Customer does not agree with the changes proposed by PermataBank, the Customer may file an objection and has the right to terminate participation in the Program during the Notification Period. If the Customer does not file an objection to the changes proposed by PermataBank during the Notification Period, PermataBank has the right to consider the Customer to have agreed to the changes and the Customer is bound by all changes made by PermataBank.
  • The Bank, at its own discretion, may terminate the program or disqualify Customers who do not meet or are suspected of committing fraud or abuse of the program terms.
