Laksa

The thick spaghetti is covered with soft egg yolks with diced bacon, grated cheese, and generous amounts of black pepper, then usually topped with pecorino romano, parmigiano-reggiano, or a combination of both. The noodle is drenched in a super creamy sauce with chunks of smoked meat. The dish is known as a simple rural folk food in its home country.

Lapshevnik
Lapshevnik is a dish made from lapsha which means noodles in Russian. This typical Russian noodle dish has a variety of fillings, from chicken, bacon, sausage, cheese, to minced meat. Unlike most savoury noodle dishes, Lapshevnik comes in a dessert version. There is Lapshevnik with pieces of fruit or raisins complete with a cream sauce topped with honey or syrup.
