PT Bank Permata Tbk (“PermataBank” or “Bank”) shareholders today approved the agenda items proposed at its Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGMS). The AGMS was held in accordance with effective health protocols at Westin Hotel, Jakarta, supported by the eASY.KSEI application which was used to convene the meeting electronically.
