Free transaction fees are given to Preferred Customers without a minimum balance with the following criteria:

• Valid for Transfer, Payment, and Top Up transactions made through channels PermataMobile X and PermataNet.

Free Cash Withdrawal Fees at ATMs of Other Banks
Free cash withdrawals are provided for Preferred Customers with the following criteria:

• Valid at local (domestic) ATMs through the ATM network displayed on the back section of debit cards (ATM Bersama, PRIMA or BCA, and Alto).
• Valid at overseas (international) ATMs through the Visa or Visa Plus ATM network. Special for ATM transactions and withdrawals overseas, the Customer will still be affected foreign currency conversion fees, cross border fees, and other fees charged by foreign ATM providers.

Free Navigator Fee
Free navigator service fee is provided for PermataBank Preferred Customers with the account is not in a dormant state.

Priority Queues at Branches and Preferred Contact Centers

• Customers can save time by showing the current PermataPreferred Debit Plus branch visits.
• Available Preferred Call Center 24 hours, call 1500110.

The above services can be enjoyed with the following conditions:
The customer has PermataPreferred Debit Plus with an active card status. Only for 1 Customer main account (Primary Account with Preferred Card).

• Low interest starting from 0.88% per month* for submission through PermataMobile X (if the approved limit more than IDR 150,000,000).             
• Free of early settlement fees, for Customers with a minimum balance of IDR 100,000,000 at the time of repayment.
• Options of 6, 12, 24, and 36 month loan terms.
• Loan value starts from IDR 25,000,000 to IDR 300,000,000.
• Provision fee is 4% of the approved loan.

Customers can enjoy the various benefits above if the PermataBank Preferred Customers have minimum balance for the last 3 months of IDR 100,000,000 before submission and this program is specifically for submissions of PermataKTA Convention via PermataMobile X.

Preferred KPR
Special loan offering or housing financing (KPR) program for PermataBank Preferred Customers with the following benefits:

1. Pre-approved Credit or Financing Limit*
   • Provides easy credit or financing analysis in applying for PermataKPR (both conventional and sharia) through the average balance of the Customer's managed funds Preferred at PermataBank.
   • Pre-approved credit or financing limits that can be accepted by Preferred Customers.
2. Mortgage Fee Discount**
   • Discount on provision fees of up to 50% for conventional PermataKPR products or administration fees for PermataKPR Syariah products.
   • Free appraisal fees (internal) for secondary guarantees.

These benefits can be enjoyed with a maximum requirement of 3 times of the Customer’s average managed fund in the last 3 months is a minimum of IDR 100,000,000.

PermataShoppingCard

Free Annual Fee for PermataShoppingCard Platinum
PermataBank Preferred Customers are entitled to receive a Platinum PermataShoppingCard with the following criteria:

1. Annual fees will be waived as long as PermataBank Preferred Customers maintain a minimum balance of IDR 100,000,000 for 3 months prior to the month the annual fee bill is due. Example:
   • If, the month when the annual fee bill is due is: June 2023, then the calculation of the balance for 3 months is: February, March, and April 2023.
2. Have a minimum accumulation of PermataShoppingCard Platinum credit card transactions IDR 35,000,000 in 1 year.
3. Valid for Platinum type PermataShopping Cards on behalf of PermataBank Customers Preferred.
4. MMeet the requirements attached to the terms of the credit card product.
5. The annual fee charge will appear on the Shopping Card Platinum credit card billing statement and will be credited again the following month from the month when the annual fee bill is due to the Customer's Shopping Card Platinum credit card.

PermataBank Preferred Customer Criteria:

• New or existing customers with a total AUM (a combination of Current, Savings and/or Deposit products, Bancassurance products, and Investment products) valued at IDR 100,000,000 up to less than IDR 500,000,000.
• Have a payroll account at PermataBank with an income range of IDR 10,000,000 up to less than IDR 65,000,000 or payroll with a minimum grade manager.
• Have mortgage installments (PermataKPR) with a property value of at IDR 1,000,000,000 up to less than IDR 2,000,000,000 and not included in the NPL category.
• Have a vehicle installment (Astra Credit Company loan or ACC with auto-debit payment) with a minimum car value of IDR 250,000,000 and is not included in the NPL category.
