Besides PermataBank Priority Customers, Priority Customer family members can also enjoy PermataBank Priority services only by opening a savings account in the name of the family member without provisions for a minimum placement of IDR 500,000,000 and be registered through the Customer Relationship Manager. Family members will get a PermataPriority Debit Plus that provides various conveniences and special promos throughout the year. The requirements are easy, this service is provided to family members namely parents, wife or husband and children of the customer who are at least 17 years old (with a maximum of 5 family members).

10% Cashback for Garuda Indonesia Flights
Get a maximum 10% cashback of up to IDR 1,000,000 per month per customer for every purchase of Garuda Indonesia tickets at the Garuda Indonesia sales office with PermataPriority Debit Plus. Cashback is calculated from 1 highest transaction value in the month and is credited at the end of the following month.
The cashback value is in accordance with the applicable terms and conditions related to the total placement of funds:

Exclusive facilities with a minimum placement of IDR 5,000,000,000
Airport Service for PermataBank Priority customers with a minimum funding of IDR 5,000,000,000:
- Transfer services for customers from and to airports in Jakarta, Surabaya, Bali, and Medan to or from certain locations in the same city.
- This service is provided for customers who have a minimum fund placement of IDR 5,000,000,000 for 3 months and an active PermataPriority Debit Plus.
- Customers have to make a reservation no later than 3 working days through the Relationship Manager or Priority Contact Center at 1500-100 (at 08.00 - 17.00 GMT +7).
- This program is valid until 31 December 2020.
Terms on the total placement of funds to get Airport Pick Up Service in the past 3 months:
- More than or equal to IDR 5,000,000,000 or up to less than IDR 10,000,000,000 4 times per year.
- More than or equal to IDR 10,000,000,000 or up to less than IDR 20,000,000,000 8 times per year.

Terms and Condition
To enjoy special services and all the benefits and privileges of PermataBank Priority, the Customer must have 1 active PermataPriority Debit Card Plus and meets one of the following criteria:
- Having total funds with a minimum amount of IDR 500,000,000 or the equivalent thereof in other currencies, which may be aggregated from all products of demand deposits, savings, deposits, insurance products (fund value in the insurance products) and/or investment products owned by the Customer in PermataBank; or
- Having collateral in the form of property with a minimum value of IDR 2,000,000,000 in PermataBank with current collectability for customers of Homeownership Credit (KPR); or
- Having a payroll account in PermataBank with a minimum value of gross income of IDR 65,000,000 per month or being the owner, director, or commissioner of a company which is a Payroll customer in PermataBank; or
- Having a loan with a minimum amount of IDR 10,000,000,000 in PermataBank with current collectability; or
- Being the director/commissioner of a corporate customer and has a minimum total fund of IDR 500,000,000 or having a loan with a minimum amount of IDR 10,000,000,000 with PermataBank with current collectability; or
- Being the family members of PermataBank staff who is participating in the Family Sign Up program for PermataBank staff; or
- Fulfilling other criteria to be determined by PermataBank in the future which shall be notified in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
