- Customers who meet the requirements are entitled to receive Shell fuel e-voucher or Gopay balance for e-toll top-up.
- Eligible Customers will be informed via email/WhatsApp/SMS to then choose a gift in the form of Shell fuel e-voucher or Gopay balance for e-toll top-up.
- Customer rewards will be sent in the form of e-voucher codes via SMS.
- The reward is valid for one time per Customer.
- Please ensure that the Customer's email address and phone number registered in PermataBank credit card system are up-to-date and active.
- How to Receive Your E-voucher

- Eligible Customers who receive e-voucher will be notified via SMS/WhatsApp/Email communication from PermataBank.
- Customers can choose one of the e-vouchers, either Shell fuel or GoPay balance.
- The selection of e-voucher and the delivery of e-voucher should be done by contacting PermataTel at 1500111 or 02129850611.
- Customers will receive the e-voucher code via SMS to the mobile number registered in PermataBank's credit card system.
- The e-voucher selection period is until 31 May 2024. Selections made from 5-15 April 2024 will be received by Customers after 16 April 2024.
