Top up or pay your electricity bills with PermataMobile X, get Grab voucher worth IDR 20K. Valid until 31 December 2024. Interesting, isn't it?

Terms and Conditions
  • Program period 1 September - 31 December 2024.
  • This program applies to all PermataBank Customers who make a minimum of 3 (three) PLN token (prepaid) top-up transactions and/or Postpaid electricity bill payments, with the same type of transaction (PLN tokens prepaid top-up or postpaid electricity bill payment only) or both (electricity tokens prepaid top-up and  postpaid bill payment) in the same month via PermataMobile X.
  • Customers who make transactions according to the terms and conditions of the program are entitled to receive a reward in the form of a Grab Voucher worth IDR 20K.
  • This program applies to the first 3,000 (three thousand) Customers who meet the program requirements every month, with the following example:
    • Customer A makes a electricity tokens prepaid top-up transaction of IDR 50K thousand 2 (two) times and then makes a postpaid electricity  bill payment transaction of IDR 100K in the same month, then Customer A is entitled to a reward.
    • Customer B only makes a electricity tokens prepaid top-up transaction 3 (three) times, and/or only makes a postpaid electricity bill payment 3 (three) times in the same month, then Customer B is entitled to a reward.
    • Customer C makes a postpaid electricity bill payment transaction of IDR 500K 2 (two) times in the first month and then only makes a Postpaid bill payment of IDR 600k in the following month, then Customer C is not entitled to a reward.
    • Customer D makes a electricity tokens prepaid top-up transaction of IDR 200K for 1 (one) time and then make a postpaid electricity bill payment transaction of IDR 500K for 1 (one) time in the same month, then Customer D is not entitled to a reward.
  • Purchase and payment nominal only stand as an example.
  • From transactions made in accordance with the terms and conditions of the program, the Customer is only entitled to receive 1 (one) reward per month, even though the Customer makes transactions using more than 1 (one) account.
  • PermataPoin will be credited to the Customers’ PermataMobile X account
  • Voucher code will be sent to eligible Customers’ registered, active and valid phone number (has more than 10 digits starting with ‘08’) through PermataBank’s official WhatsApp.
  • Voucher code will be sent as late as 20 business days in the following month after the transactions occurred.
  • This program also applies to PermataBank employees.
  • At any time, the Bank at its own discretion may make changes to the terms & conditions of the program or terminate the program, and has the right to disqualify Customers who do not meet or are suspected of committing fraud or abuse of the program provisions.
