- The promotion runs from Thursday to Sunday, 1-4 August 2024, at Atrium 2, Lippo Mall Puri, Jakarta, from 10:00 - 22:00 GMT+7.
- Enjoy special pricing on Japan Airlines tickets and save up to IDR 5.5 mio (with a discount guarantee up to IDR 3.5 mio and a cashback guarantee from the Travel Fair up to IDR 2 mio), plus 0% installment for up to 12 months using your PermataVisa Infinite Credit Card. This offer is available at 9 participating travel agent booths: Antavaya Tour, Avia Tour, Bayu Buana Travel, Dwidayatour, Golden Rama, H.I.S Tour, Obaja Tour, Panorama JTB and Wita Tour.
- Special pricing for Japan Airlines tickets, a discount guarantee up to IDR 3.5 mio, a cashback guarantee from the Travel Fair up to IDR 2 mio, and 0% installment for up to 12 months are only available during the Travel Fair event.
- Discount guarantee of up to IDR 3.5 mio from the PermataVisa Infinite Credit Card is exclusively available during the Travel Fair, limited to the first 100 tickets and applicable only to selected PermataBank Private Customers invited through WhatsApp/email PermataBank. This discount applies to round-trip Japan Airlines tickets for specific destinations and travel classes:
- IDR 1,250,000 discount for Business Class tickets to Japan.
- IDR 1,750,000 discount for Business Class tickets to Korea, Europe, America and Canada.
- A maximum discount of up to IDR 1,750,000 per plane ticket can be availed (up to IDR 3.5 mio per Customer name). Customers must attend the travel fair in person (no representation allowed), following the promotional quota terms for specific destinations and flight classes as stipulated in these terms and conditions.
- If the discount quota is exhausted, Customers using the PermataVisa Infinite Credit Card can still purchase JAL tickets at special prices and remain eligible for the Travel Fair cashback guarantee, provided the transaction amount meets the applicable terms and conditions.
- The Travel Fair cashback guarantee of up to IDR 2 mio from the PermataVisa Infinite Credit Card will be credited to the Customer's statement for purchases of Japan Airlines tickets (including all available Travel Products) during the event, with minimum transaction levels as follows:
- IDR 250K cashback for transactions of IDR 5 mio or more.
- IDR 500K cashback for transactions of IDR 10 mio or more.
- IDR 1 mio cashback for transactions of IDR 20 mio or more.
- IDR 2 mio cashback for transactions of IDR 40 mio or more.
- This Travel Fair cashback guarantee is exclusively for PermataVisa Infinite Credit Card holders without a quota limit and is separate from the ongoing Permata Jalan-Jalan Cashback at all partner travel agents until 31 December 2024.
- If during the Travel Fair, a Customer has transacted and their name is recorded on the list of Travel Fair Cashback Guarantee recipients and conducts transactions outside the Travel Fair (at participating travel agent sales outlets/offices in the Permata Jalan-Jalan Cashback promo), the Customer will only receive the Travel Fair Cashback. However, if a Customer transacts before and after the Travel Fair period, they are still eligible for the ongoing Permata Jalan-Jalan Cashback until 31 December 2024, at all participating travel agent outlets/offices, following the applicable terms and conditions.
- The maximum Travel Fair cashback provided is 1x per Customer name during the event period.
- Travel Fair cashback will be credited to the Customer's statement within a maximum of one calendar month from the transaction date (on the 30th or 31st of the following month).
- The minimum transaction/purchase for each level of the Travel Fair cashback guarantee is the total nominal amount booked in a single transaction, not an accumulation of various transactions booked during the event period. If a Customer makes more than one transaction during the Travel Fair, the cashback amount will be based on the highest transaction amount registered at the PermataBank booth.
- Travel Fair cashback will be provided if the transaction is successfully booked and the Customer's credit card is active (in good standing/free from blocks).
- All transactions at this Travel Fair can be converted into 0% installments for up to 12 months with minimum transaction amounts as follows:
- 3 month tenor = IDR 1 mio.
- 6 month tenor = IDR 50 mio.
- 12 month tenor = IDR 100 mio.
- For installment transactions, Customers will be charged an administrative fee of IDR 25K per installment transaction applied, automatically reflected on the credit card statement.
- To ensure successful installment transactions during this event, please ensure that the Customer's credit card is not under a Temporary Limit Increase condition. If the credit card is under such a condition, only full (normal/full payment) transactions can be processed. However, Customers can still participate in discount and cashback promotions following the applicable terms and conditions.
- If a Customer cancels an installment, a fee of IDR 350K per installment transaction will be charged and debited directly from the Customer's credit card.
- PermataBank reserves the right to analyze the fairness of transactions at any time and may change the terms of the promotion or cancel transactions if signs of misuse or fraud are detected.
- Discount Guarantee and Cashback Guarantee Claims

- The promotion starts from Thursday to Sunday, August 1-4, 2024, at Atrium 2, Lippo Mall Puri, Jakarta, from 10:00 AM to 22:00 GMT+7.
- To claim the Discount and Cashback Travel Fair guarantees:
- Customers should first visit the desired travel agent booth to book tickets as an initial purchasing step.
- Next, Customers must bring their JAL ticket booking along with the Official Invitation (in the form of WhatsApp Blast/Email Blast from PermataBank) to the PermataBank booth. PermataBank staff will verify the Official Invitation, identification card, credit card used, travel route, flight class, and provide a physical discount coupon according to the applicable terms and conditions.
- Customers then return to the cashier at the travel agent booth (where the initial ticket booking was made) to present the Discount Guarantee coupon, which will be used to deduct from the total final transaction amount.
- Finally, as the last step, Customers must revisit the PermataBank booth for final transaction verification with the purchase invoice and transaction proof (sales draft) to then claim the Travel Fair Cashback coupon (if the total final transaction amount in a single transaction after the Discount Guarantee deduction meets the Cashback Travel Fair terms and conditions).
