General Terms and Conditions

• Promo starts from Thursday to Sunday, 1 – 4 August 2024 at Atrium 2 Lippo Mall Puri, Jakarta, from 10.00 – 22.00 GMT+7.
• Special prices for JAL airline tickets + save up to IDR 5 mio (special discount up to IDR 3 mio + Travel Fair cashback up to IDR 2 mio) + 0% installment for up to 12 months with PermataKartuKredit can be obtanied at 9 participating Travel Agent booths, including: Antavaya Tour, Avia Tour, Bayu Buana Travel, Dwidayatour, Golden Rama, H.I.S Tour, Obaja Tour, Panorama JTB and Wita Tour.
• Special prices for JAL airline tickets, special discounts up to IDR 3 mio, Travel Fair cashback up to IDR 2 mio and 0% installment for up to 12 months are only valid at this Travel Fair event.
• Special discounts up to IDR 3 mio from PermataCreditCard are only available during the PermataBank x Japan Airlines Travel Fair at Atrium 2, Lippo Mall Puri, Jakarta, with a specific daily quota limit and are valid for all types of PermataKartuKredit for round-trip Japan Airlines ticket purchases for the following destinations and classes:
  • IDR 600K discount valid for Promo Economy class routes to Japan.
  • IDR 1 mio discount valid for Premium Economy and Business class routes to Japan/Economy class (including Premium Economy) routes to Korea, Europe, America and Canada.
  • IDR 1.5 mio discount valid for Business class routes to Korea, Europe, America and Canada.
• The maximum special discount of up to IDR 1.5 mio for airline tickets is limited to 2 tickets per customer name during the event period. To receive this special discount, customers must attend the event in person (cannot be represented) with the daily promo quota allocation for destinations and flight classes as stated in these promotional terms and conditions.
• Special discount quota allocation of up to IDR 1.5 mio is as follows:

• If the daily special discount quota is exhausted, PermataKartuKredit holders can still purchase JAL airline tickets at special prices and remain eligible for the Travel Fair Cashback, as long as their transaction amount meets the applicable terms and conditions.
   

Up to IDR 2 Mio Cashback

• Promo starts from Thursday to Sunday, 1 – 4 August 2024 at Atrium 2 Lippo Mall Puri, Jakarta, from 10.00 – 22.00 GMT+7.
• To obtain the discount and Travel Fair Cashback:
  • Customers visit the desired Travel Agent booth to make an initial ticket booking.
  • Then, Customers bring their JAL ticket booking to the PermataBank booth. PermataBank staff will verify the ID, the credit card to be used, the destination route, the flight class, and provide a physical discount coupon with the value according to the applicable terms and conditions.
  • Customers then return to the cashier at the Travel Agent booth where the initial ticket booking was made to present the discount coupon, which will be immediately applied to reduce the final transaction amount.
  • As a final step, Customers must return to the PermataBank booth for final transaction verification by bringing the ticket purchase invoice and transaction proof (sales draft) to claim the Travel Fair Cashback coupon (if the total final transaction amount in a single transaction after applying the Special Discount meets the Travel Fair Cashback terms and conditions).
• Travel Fair Cashback up to IDR 2 mio can only be obtained during the PermataBank x Japan Airlines Travel Fair 2024 at Atrium 2, Lippo Mall Puri, Jakarta, with a quota of 500 transactions per day (a total of 1,500 transactions during the Travel Fair period) from PermataKartuKredit on the customer's billing statement for the purchase of Japan Airlines tickets, including all types of Travel Products available, with the following minimum transaction levels:
  • Cashback of IDR 250K with a minimum transaction of IDR 5 mio – IDR 9,999,999.
  • Cashback of IDR 500K with a minimum transaction of IDR 10 mio - IDR 19,999,999.
  • Cashback of IDR 1 mio with a minimum transaction of IDR 20 mio – IDR 39,999,999.
  • Cashback IDR 2 mio with a minimum transaction above IDR 40 mio.
• This Travel Fair Cashback promo is only valid for PermataKartuKredit Platinum, PermataBlack World Mastercard and PermataVisa Infinite Credit Card.
• This Travel Fair Cashback promo is separate from the ongoing Permata Jalan-Jalan Cashback, which is valid at all participating Travel Agent partners until 31 December 2024.
• The Travel Fair Cashback promo is only valid during the PermataBank x Japan Airlines Travel Fair 2024 at Atrium 2, Lippo Mall Puri, Jakarta.
• If, during the Travel Fair period, a Customer who has already transacted and whose name is listed as a recipient of the Travel Fair Cashback makes a transaction outside the Travel Fair (at the outlets/offices of participating Travel Agents in the Permata Jalan-Jalan Cashback promo), they will only receive the Travel Fair Cashback. However, if the Customer transacts before and after the Travel Fair period, they will still be eligible for the ongoing Permata Jalan-Jalan Cashback, which runs until 31 December 2024, at all outlets/offices of Travel Agents partnering with PermataBank, provided they follow the applicable terms and conditions.
• Maximum Travel Fair Cashback given is 1x per customer name during the Travel Fair period.
• Travel Fair Cashback will be credited to the customer’s billing statement within a maximum of 1 calendar month from the transaction period date (by the 30 or 31 of the following month).
• Minimum transaction for Travel Fair Cashback cannot be combined with other discount/cashback promos or programs (including the special discount for JAL airline tickets).
• Travel Fair Cashback will be given if the transaction is successfully recorded and the customer’s credit card is active (in good standing and not blocked).
   

0% Installment for up to 12 Months

• Promo starts from Thursday to Sunday, 1 – 4 August 2024 at Atrium 2 Lippo Mall Puri, Jakarta, from 10.00 – 22.00 GMT+7.
• All transaction at this event can be paid in 0% installment for up to 12 months with the following minimum transaction amounts:
  • 3 month tenor = IDR 1 mio.
  • 6 month tenor = IDR 50 mio.
  • 12 month tenor = IDR 100 mio.
• For installment transactions, Customers will be charged an administration fee of IDR 25K per installment transaction, which will be automatically applied to the Customer’s credit card billing statement.
• To ensure the success of installment transactions during this event, please ensure that your credit card is not in a Temporary Limit Increase status. If your credit card is in a Temporary Limit Increase status, only full payment transactions can be processed automatically. However, you can still participate in the discount and cashback promotions according to the applicable terms and conditions.
• If a Customer cancels an installment, a fee of IDR 350K per installment transaction will be charged and directly debited to the Customer’s credit card.
• PermataBank reserves the right to analyze the fairness of transactions at any time and to change the promo terms/cancel transactions if there are indications of misuse or fraud.
