Terms and Conditions
  • The program is available for new and existing Permata Bank Priority & Private Customers. 
  • Rewards include cash rewards, additional cashback, and luggage bonuses during the JAL Travel Fair.
  • Funds must be placed in a Permata ME Saver or Payroll account and blocked for the duration of the program.
  • The placed funds must be fresh funds (transferred from other banks).
  • Customers can choose one of two options for fund placement.
    • Option 1 (Presale)
      • Customers must place funds according to the presale scheme between 20 - 29 January 2025 by opening an account, depositing the full amount, and holding the funds until the event, with a deadline of 29 January 2025.
    • Option 2 (Event Day)
      • New Customers must open an account via Permata ME. New and existing Customers upgrading their accounts must hold funds until 28 February 2025.
  • General Program Terms
    Customers must complete the following actions:

    1 Maintain an average balance according to the segment criteria and the applicable scheme throughout the program period.
    • Private: Minimum average balance of IDR 10 bio.
    • Priority: Minimum average balance of IDR 500 mio.
    • Preferred: Minimum average balance of IDR 100 mio.

    Funds will be blocked on January 29, 2025 for PRE-SALE and February 28, 2025 for EVENT DAY.

    • Private: Minimum average balance of IDR 10 bio.
    • Priority: Minimum average balance of IDR 500 mio.
    • Preferred: Minimum average balance of IDR 100 mio.

    2 Make transactions on the savings account. Make at least 1 banking transaction (excluding outward transfer) on the Permata ME Saver/Payroll savings account after the account opening month. Make at least 1 banking transaction (excluding outward transfer) on the Permata ME Saver/Payroll savings account in the same month as the account upgrade.
    3  Permata ME registration Complete the Permata ME registration no later than 1 month after the account opening month. Complete the registration in the same month as the account upgrade. 
    Apply for the Permata Black Card and/or Permata Ultimate Card (JCB). CC Permata Black Card and/or Permata Ultimate Card (JCB) submission. Apply for the Permata Black Card and/or Permata Ultimate Card (JCB) no later than 1 month after the account upgrade month.
  • Each Customer is allowed to participate in the program only once.
  • Customers are required to complete, understand, and agree to the Participation Form for the Permata Bank Priority & Permata Bank Private JAL Travel Fair 2025 Customer Reward Program.
  • One account can be used to join the program. 
  • This program is available to individual Customers, both new and existing Customers upgrading to Permata Bank Priority/Private Individual & Priority/Private Extended. 
  • To participate, Customers must not have joined the Saving Reward Plus or Flexi Bundling programs within the past year from the program's participation month.
  • The luggage bonus is available to the first 80 Customers in the New Customer category of Permata Bank or existing Customers who upgrade to Permata Bank Priority or Permata Bank Private, while supplies last.
  • Luggage Bonuses will be distributed during the travel fair for presale Customers. For Customers who open an account on event day, the Luggage Bonus will be sent by the Relationship Manager after the event.
  • Cash reward will be credited to the Customer’s registered account within 60 working days after the program’s Terms and Conditions are met and confirmed by Permata Bank.
  • If a Customer cancels participation in the program and requests early release of blocked funds before the specified period, the bank will lift the block, and the previously blocked funds will be returned to the Customer's account, subject to a penalty. The penalty fees will be as follows:
