- This program is valid for all Permata ME Saver/Permata ME Saver iB Customers with the following criteria:
- New Permata ME Saver/Permata ME Saver iB Customers who opened the account using promo code PBCB1 via Permata ME application or branches.
- Permata ME Saver/Permata ME Saver iB existing Customers who registered through online form with the link provided from Permata Bank, or manual registration for promo code PBCB1 via Permata Tel or Branches. The registration deadline is at the end of the transaction month in order to start getting Permata Poin for transactions in that month. Customers only need to register once during the program period.
- Permata ME Saver/Permata ME Saver iB Customers who exclusively receive communication through Permata Bank communication channels such as email, WhatsApp, or push notifications in Permata ME application.
- Permata ME Saver/Permata ME Saver iB Customers who previously was PermataTabungan Bebas/Permata Tabungan Bebas iB Customers.
- Program is not applicable for Permata ME Saver/Permata ME Saver iB without multicurrency feature , ACC, Kredivo and/or TAF savings.
- Program Period: 1 January - 31 December 2025.
- Customers will get Permata Poin worth 5% or maximum IDR 500K per month for offline (over-the-counter) transactions on domestic merchant categories (merchant category codes) according to VISA/QRIS standards as follows:

Supermarket, hypermarket, convenience store, grocery store and other daily needs store - The maximum reward per transaction is IDR 50K for Personal segment customers, or no maximum reward per transaction for Preferred, Priority, and Private segment Customers. This requirement will be effective starting 1 June 2025.
- Permata Poin is valid for offline transactions (over the counter) using Permata Debit Plus or QR Permata ME linked to Permata ME Saver/Permata ME Saver iB that has been registered for this program as the source of fund, with minimum transaction accumulation equals IDR 200K per month.
- QR transactions considered eligible are payments made by scanning directly to QRIS generated/presented by the merchant (Merchant Presented Mode) with the saving account as the source of fund. If the source of fund is a combination between Permata Poin and saving account, only payment made from the saving account is considered eligible.
- Minimum average balance requirement on transaction month is IDR 5 mio on Permata ME Saver/Permata ME iB accounts registered for this program and used for transaction.
- Transaction accumulation is considered eligible if recorded at Permata Bank system as Purchase category based on a certain list of MCC (Merchant Category Code) according to VISA/QRIS standards for Snacks, Gasoline, and Groceries.
- The Rewards that can be credited to Customers are a minimum of IDR 10K Permata Poin per month. If the rewards obtained by the Customer are less than this amount, no rewards will be credited to the Customer.
- The maximum Rewards received is according to Customer’s average balance as follows:
Average Balance on Transaction Month Maximum Rewards per Month ≥ IDR 5 mio - < IDR 15 mio IDR 200K ≥ IDR 15 mio IDR 500K - Program is not valid for overseas transaction, online merchant or e-commerce.
- The rewards will be credited within a maximum of 45 (forty five) calendar days after the end of the transaction month to Customer’s Permata ME account.
- If Customers has more than one Permata ME Saver and/or Permata ME Saver iB accounts, the reward will be given to one of the accounts with highest Permata Poin in the transaction month.
- If a Customer conducts transactions with specific merchants that have other promotional programs from Permata Bank, the Customer will still receive rewards from each program (the Customer can receive more than one reward for the transactions performed).
- Permata Poin Requirement:

- Customers are required to register for Permata ME. Permata Poin will only be credited in a single attempt. If a customer has not registered for Permata ME at the time of reward crediting, and this results in a failed process, the customer will be considered ineligible and will not receive the reward.
- Tax (if any) will be borne by Permata Bank.
- The decision of Permata Bank is final and cannot be contested.
- The Bank may, at its sole discretion, terminate the program or disqualify Customers who do not comply with or are suspected of fraud or abuse of the program’s terms and conditions.
- Permata Bank reserves the right at any time to review and/or examine and/or analyze the reasonableness of transactions and the transaction receipts received by the Customer from merchants participating in the Program. If necessary, Permata Bank has the right to request transaction receipts from the Customer as a basis for crediting Permata Poin.

- This program is valid for all Permata ME Saver/Permata ME Saver iB Customers with the following criteria:
- Statement and Consent

By filling out the Participation Form for the Permata ME Saver/Permata ME Saver iB Jajan, Belanja & Isi Bensin Program (“Form”), the Customer declares their agreement to comply with the Terms and Conditions of the Permata ME Saver/Permata ME Saver iB Jajan, Belanja & Isi Bensin Program (“Program”), including any subsequent changes (if any). This program is organized by PT Bank Permata Tbk, a banking company authorized and supervised by the Financial Services Authority and Bank Indonesia (hereinafter referred to as “Permata Bank”), as follows:
- The Customer is the owner of a Permata ME Saver / Permata ME Saver iB account in Permata Bank, with the account number specified in the form.
- The Customer is fully responsible for the accuracy and currentness of any information, documents, and data provided to Permata Bank. Permata Bank has made reasonable efforts to verify and ensure the accuracy of this information, but it will not be liable for any claims or disputes arising from errors or inaccuracies in the Customer’s information.
- Permata Bank has provided sufficient information and explanations regarding the program’s characteristics, and the Customer agrees to participate in the program, assuming any associated consequences.
- The Customer has had sufficient time to read, understand, and agree to all the provisions in the Terms and Conditions of the Program. Therefore, the Customer acknowledges and agrees to participate in the Program, accepting any consequences related to their participation and being bound by the Terms and Conditions.
- The Customer agrees that Permata Poin will be credited if they meet all the program requirements.
- The Customer agrees that Permata Bank is not responsible for any discrepancies in the received Permata Poin due to input errors in the account number during form submission.
- The Customer understands that Permata Bank reserves the right to make changes to the Terms and Conditions of the Program in accordance with its policies, providing notice as required by applicable regulations (“Notification Period”). If the Customer disagrees with changes proposed by Permata Bank during the Notification Period, they have the right to withdraw from the Program. If the Customer does not object to the proposed changes during the Notification Period, Permata Bank will consider them to have accepted the changes, and the customer will be bound by all changes made by Permata Bank.
- The decision of Permata Bank is final and cannot be contested.
- The Bank may, at its sole discretion, terminate the Program or disqualify Customers who do not comply with or are suspected of fraud or abuse of the Program’s terms and conditions.
- The Terms and Conditions of this Program are an integral part of the form filled out by the Customer.
- The implementation of the Terms and Conditions of the Program is also subject to the General Terms and Conditions for Account Opening, as well as the Specific Terms and Conditions for Permata ME Saver and/or Permata ME Saver iB, including any changes or updates. In case of discrepancies or conflicts between the provisions in the program’s Terms and Conditions and the Account Opening SKU and/or Permata ME Saver / Permata ME Saver iB SKK, the provisions in the Account Opening SKU and/or Permata ME Saver/Permata ME Saver iB SKK will prevail.
- The Customer agrees to be bound by PermataBank’s Privacy Notice available on the website at https://per.mt/pb-privacynotice (“Privacy Notice”) in relation to the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data by PT Bank Permata Tbk. The Customer is also obliged to inform the individuals whose personal data has been provided by the Customer to Permata Bank about the details of PermataBank’s Privacy Notice, and to ensure that such individuals have been made aware of the information set out in the Privacy Notice. The Customer declares that they have the legal right to disclose any personal information of such individuals to Permata Bank
- This agreement has been adjusted in accordance with legal regulations, including the provisions of the Financial Services Authority.
