- This promo is valid for:
- New Permata ME Saver/Permata ME Saver iB customers who enter the promo code NEWME during account opening.
- Permata ME Saver Customers who have done so and fill out the online form. The registration deadline is at the end of the transaction month in order to start getting Permata Poin for transactions in that month. Customers only need to register once during the program period.
- Permata ME Saver/iB Customers who receive program invitations through Permata Bank communication channels such as email, WhatsApp, or push notifications in Permata ME are eligible to participate in the program.
- Program Period: 1 September - 31 December 2024.
- Customer will get Permata Poin worth 25% ("Permata Poin") from the nominal offline transactions (over the counter) made by the Customer at all Merchants with the following conditions:
Category Location of Transaction Jajan Restaurant, bakery, snack stall, café, coffee shop and other food/beverage merchants Dandan Make-up shops, salons, aesthetic clinics, beauty/nail studios, spas and other beauty merchants - Permata Poin is valid for offline transactions using Permata ME Saver Debit or QR Permata ME with funding source from Permata ME Saver/iB account. QR that is calculated are payment by scanning directly to QRIS generated/presented by the merchant (Merchant Presented Mode).
- The reward that can be credited to the Customer is a minimum of IDR 10,000 per month. If the reward earned by the Customer is less than this amount, no reward will be credited to the Customer.
- The maximum Permata Poin received is according to Customer's average balance as follows:

- The Program does not apply to transactions made abroad, payments at online merchants, or e-commerce.
- This program is only valid at merchants with categories that are in accordance with the implementation of this program.
- If a Customer has more than one Permata ME Saver/iB account or has both Permata ME Saver and Permata ME Saver iB accounts, the reward will be given to one account with the highest reward amount in the transaction month.
- The reward will be credited within a maximum of 30 (thirty) working days after the end of the transaction month.
- Program does not apply to transactions at other categories of merchants, even if the goods purchased/paid for are food, beverages, cosmetics or other related to the program. Example: purchasing cosmetics at pharmacies, purchasing ready-to-eat foods at supermarkets, etc.
- Customers can receive more than one reward from different programs through their transactions. If Customer makes a transaction at specific merchant that has another promotional program from Permata Bank, the customer will still receive rewards from each program.
- Taxes on prizes (if any) will be borne by Permata Bank.
- The reward in the form of Permata Poin will be credited to the Customer’s Permata ME account userID.
- The Customer can check their Permata Poin on the Permata Poin page within the Permata ME application.
- Permata Poin Terms and Conditions:
- 1 Permata Poin has the same value as 1 rupiah.
- Permata Poin can be used for QR payments on Permata ME at any merchant.
- Permata Poin is only valid for transactions using rupiah currency.
- Permata Poin cannot be cashed out or transferred to another customer’s Permata ME account.
- Permata Poin earned from this program can be combined with other ongoing programs.
- Permata Poin earned by the Customer from this Program can only be used until 31 December 2025.
- The Customer must register for Permata ME. Permata Poin will only be credited in one attempt. If the Customer has not registered for Permata ME at the time of crediting the reward and this results in a failure, the Customer will be considered disqualified and will not receive the reward.

By completing the Participation Form for the Permata ME Saver/Permata ME Saver iB "Jajan & Dandan" Program ("Form"), the Customer agrees to comply with the Terms and Conditions of the Permata ME Saver/Permata ME Saver iB "Jajan & Dandan" Program ("Terms and Conditions of the Program"), including any future amendments (if any), which constitute the applicable terms and conditions for the Permata ME Saver/Permata ME Saver iB "Jajan & Dandan" Program (“Program”) organized by PT Bank Permata Tbk, a licensed banking company regulated and supervised by the Financial Services Authority and Bank Indonesia (hereinafter referred to as "Permata Bank"), as follows
- The Customer is the owner of a Permata ME Saver/Permata ME Saver iB account at Permata Bank, with the account number as stated in the Form.
- The Customer is fully responsible for the accuracy, correctness, and currency of all information and/or documents and/or data provided by the Customer to Permata Bank, ensuring they reflect the actual situation. As long as Permata Bank has made reasonable efforts to verify and ensure the accuracy and correctness of such information and/or documents and/or data, Permata Bank will not provide any compensation and/or liability in any form to the Customer and/or any party for any claims or lawsuits arising in the future due to errors or inaccuracies in the information and/or documents and/or data provided by the Customer.
- The Customer consents to Permata Bank using personal data in the form of account numbers for the puIDRose of validating the Program.
- Permata Bank has provided sufficient information and explanation regarding the characteristics of the Program, and the Customer agrees to participate in the Program and is willing to bear any consequences that may arise in connection with the Customer’s participation in the Program.
- The Customer has been given sufficient time by Permata Bank to read, understand, and agree to everything stated in the Terms and Conditions of the Program. Therefore, the Customer declares that they understand and agree to participate in the Program and are willing to bear any consequences that may arise in connection with the Customer’s participation in the Program and comply with and be bound by the Terms and Conditions of the Program.
- The customer agrees that the reward will be credited if all program requirements are met.
- The Customer agrees that Permata Bank is not responsible if the Customer does not receive the Prize due to an error in entering the account number when filling out the Form.
- The Customer hereby acknowledges and understands that Permata Bank reserves the right to make changes to the Terms and Conditions of the Program at any time in accordance with Permata Bank’s prevailing policies by providing notification in accordance with applicable laws and regulations (“Notification Period”). In the event that the Customer does not agree with the changes proposed by Permata Bank, the Customer may raise an objection and has the right to terminate participation in the Program during the Notification Period. If the Customer does not raise an objection to the changes proposed by Permata Bank during the Notification Period, Permata Bank has the right to consider the Customer as agreeing to the changes and the Customer will be bound by all changes made by Permata Bank.
- The decision of Permata Bank is final and cannot be contested.
- The Bank may, at its sole discretion, terminate the Program or disqualify Customers who do not comply with or are suspected of fraud or abuse of the Program’s terms and conditions.
- These Terms and Conditions of the Program constitute an integral and inseparable part of the Form completed by the Customer.
- The implementation of the Terms and Conditions of the Program is also subject to the General Terms and Conditions for Account Opening, the Special Terms and Conditions for Permata ME Saver, and/or the Special Terms and Conditions for Permata ME Saver iB, including any amendments and/or updates. In the event of any discrepancies and/or conflicts between the provisions in the Terms and Conditions of the Program and the General Terms and Conditions for Account Opening and/or the Special Terms and Conditions for Permata ME Saver/Permata ME Saver iB, the provisions in the General Terms and Conditions for Account Opening and/or the Special Terms and Conditions for Permata ME Saver/Permata ME Saver iB shall prevail.
- This agreement has been adjusted in accordance with the provisions of the applicable laws and regulations, including the regulations of the Financial Services Authority.
