- 0% installment applies to transactions using all types of PermataKartuKredit.
- Installment transactions must be processed through PermataEDC machines at Merchants.
- The minimum transaction amount eligible for installment is IDR 1 mio for 3, 6 and 12 months tenor.
- A processing fee will be charged to the PermataKartuKredit holder on the credit card statement for each 0% installment application:
- 3-month tenor: IDR 75K.
- 6-month tenor: IDR 150K.
- 12-month tenor: IDR 200K.
- If the Customer cancels an installment, a fee of IDR 350K per installment will be charged.
- Merchants/Banks reserve the right to cancel transactions that do not meet the terms and conditions.
- Installment transactions cannot be processed if the Customer's credit card is currently blocked or has a temporary limit increase.
