Terms and Conditions

The 0% Installment Program applies in all hospitals using the Yokke EDC machine which has collaborated with Siloam and is available in all hospitals.
The minimum transaction to make an installment transaction is IDR 1 mio.
Every 0% installment application will be subject to an admin fee of IDR 15K, which will be charged to PermataKartuKredit holders on the credit card billing statement.
The Merchant or Bank has the right to cancel the transaction if it does not meet the terms and conditions.
If there is a problem with the Yokke or MTI EDC machine, the transaction can be processed using another bank's EDC. Merchants will send data for the 0% installment conversion process manually to Permata Bank via email.
If the Customer cancels the installment, a fee of IDR 350K will be charged per submitted installment transaction.
