Transaction Information Media:
- The account ot transaction information can be accessed anytime and anywhere through PermataMobile X and PermataNet. E-Statements can be downloaded for up to the last 12 months, with a minimum average balance in accordance with applicable regulations. More information can be accessed at the following link.
Other Conditions:
- 1 Customer can only have 1 PermataME account.
- If a customer has more than 1 PermataME account, the cashback will be credited to 1 PermataME account only. This provision applies to PermataME reward program in the form of cashback that is credited by the Bank.
Account AutoClose Regulations
Bank will close the account automatically with below conditions:
- Your account is inactive (dormant) and has IDR 0 balance for 180 calendar days in a row.
- The account which was opened via PermataMobile X or e-Form that has IDR 0 balance for 99 calendar days in a row since the account opening date.
