  • Customers have savings or current account at PermataBank.
  • Customers have Cellphones (GSM or CDMA).
  • Register for Navigator Service.
  • SMS Navigator's monthly fee debting same as Navigator's fee and provisions determined by Bank.
  • Navigator monthly fee provisions. More info, click here.
  • Customer can deactivate the SMS Navigator service through PermataNet or PermataTel 1500-111.
