Terms and Conditions of SMS Notification Service

  • The Customers have a savings or current account with PT Bank Permata Tbk. ("Bank") and an active mobile number registered in the Bank's system.
  • Register for the SMS Notification Service at the Permata Bank branch, or through Permata ME, Permata Net, or Permata Tel.
  • The Customers will receive SMS notifications for each debit or credit transaction on their account that has been registered for the SMS Notification Service, with a minimum transaction of IDR 1,000,000 (one million Rupiah).
  • The monthly fee for the SMS Notification service will be charged to the Customer's account registered for the SMS Notification service, in accordance with the Bank's prevailing provisions For complete information, click here.
  • In the event of a change in the mobile number and/ or account number registered by the Customers with the Bank, they must promptly update the data through the Bank via Permata Tel or the Permata Bank branch.
    The Customer bears the full responsibility for any delays in updating the data as stated above. In the event that the data is not updated as mentioned above, the Customer may either not receive the SMS Notification following the transaction, or the SMS Notification may be sent to a mobile number that does not belong to them.
  • The Bank reserves the right to terminate the SMS Notification service to the Customer in the event of any of the following conditions (effective starting January 13, 2025):
    • For three (3) consecutive months, there is a failure to debit the monthly fee for the SMS Notification service from the Customer's registered account; or
    •  For three (3) consecutive months, the SMS Notification fails to be delivered to the mobile number registered by the Customer. If more than one (1) mobile number is registered by the Customer for a specific account, the termination of the SMS Notification service will only apply to the mobile number that fails to receive the SMS Notification for three (3) consecutive months, as described above. Other mobile numbers registered under the Customer's account will remain active in accordance with the applicable Terms and Conditions of the SMS Notification Service.
    In connection with the above, the termination of the SMS Notification service will be carried out by the Bank before the monthly fee payment is debited in the following month.
  • In addition to the aforementioned provisions, the Bank may discontinue the SMS Notification service based on its own reasonable considerations, without violating any applicable statutory provisions, or upon request from the relevant authorities, with prior notification in accordance with the prevailing laws and regulations.
  • The Customers may terminate the SMS Notification service at the Permata Bank branch, or through Permata ME, Permata Net, Permata Tel 1500-111. If the Customer intends to use the SMS Notification service again, the Customer must re-register the SMS Notification service in accordance with the applicable Bank provisions.
  • The Bank is reserves the right to make any changes to the Terms and Conditions of SMS Notification Service at any time by giving a notification to the Customer no later than 30 (thirty) Business Days before the change takes effect, or within another period as allowed by the prevailing laws and regulations ("Notification Period"). In the event that the Customer does not agree to the changes to the Terms and Conditions of SMS Notification Service proposed by the Bank, the Customer may file an objection and has the right to terminate the SMS Notification service during the Notification Period. If the Customer does not file an objection to the changes to the Terms and Conditions of SMS Notification Service proposed by the Bank during the Notification Period, the Bank has the right to assume that the Customer agrees to the changes and is bound by all changes made by the Bank.
  • These Terms and Conditions of SMS Notification Service have been adjusted to the provisions of the laws and regulations including the provisions of the Financial Services Authority regulations.
