The risk of the financing facilities include:
- Customer submission can be rejected by the Bank if it is not following the provisions
- A penalty will be charged if customers are late in paying the installment
- Confiscate the collateral if customers fail to fulfill the financing obligation

- A copy of applicants’ Resident ID Card (KTP) and husband’s or wife’s KTP if any
- A copy of family certificate
- A copy of marriage or Divorce or Separation of properties certificate if any
- A copy of Indonesian Citizen (WNI) paper and change name (if any) or husband or wife birth certificate
- The original document of the latest salary slip ornbsp;employment certificate
- A copy of savings or current account for the last 3 months
- A copy of Taxpayer Identification Number (NPWP)
- Debtor declaration paper
