• Bumrungrad International Hospital staff on duty at the Napa Lounge must check the patient's eligibility before providing a Discount Voucher.
• Bumrungrad International Hospital staff on duty at the Napa Lounge enter the voucher number in the TrakCare system in the "Patient Identification", write the name and HN on the voucher before giving it to the patient.
• To use the Discount Voucher, the patient must bring the physical voucher and passport to the cashier and use Permata Platinum Credit Card, PermataBlack World MasterCard, PermataVisa Infinite, PermataVisa Debit Priority or PermataVisa Debit Private to make payments for medical expenses at Bumrungrad International Hospital.
